Since joining Beck Engineering, Mr. Freeman has worked on a variety of
civil and structural engineering assignments in the Oil & Gas Industry as
well as on projects in the light industrial and commercial fields. Recent projects he
has been involved in have included:

Supervision and direction of
Civil/Structural design team.

Analysis and design of structures using computer modeling and
analysis techniques; structures include steel skid packages, pipe racks,
control buildings, vessel supports, tower and stack bases, and other
miscellaneous structures.

Analysis and design of
flare/incinerator/vent stacks (free standing and guy supported) for a
wide range of environmental conditions. Projects include stacks for use
across Canada and worldwide.

Design of foundations for buildings, skid packages (compressors,
dehydrators, separators, etc.), storage and process tanks, horizontal
vessels, compressors and flare stacks.

Analysis and design of jib cranes, overhead
cranes, and monorails as
well as davits, vessel attachments, lift lugs, etc.

Inspection and field supervision for industrial facilities,
including stack repairs/rehabilitation, pile installations, and
structural steel constructions.

Design of engineered lift procedures of heavy equipment, including
selection of lifting equipment, selection and design of rigging,
analysis and design of lifting attachments, and preparation and review
of procedures for transportation, offloading, installation and removal
of equipment/structures.
