The BEL team is a well trained diversified group. We provide our clients with exceptional service through the knowledge and resources we offer. We have an extensive library and up-to-date structural analysis software that aid in our success. All BEL personnel are H2S, CSTS, WHMIS, and First Aid/CPR certified and follow the safety regulations as outlined in our company safety manual and Provincial and Federal safety guidelines. We remain on the leading edge of the industry through ongoing educational opportunities and professional development. Tyler Andreychuk, Intermediate Civil/Structural Engineer. over 40 years of
experience to our clients in the Oil & Gas and construction industries. He has

Karman Beal, Intermediate Civil/Structural Engineer. Karman began with BEL in January 2004. She is a graduate of the University of Calgary where she participated in the Engineering Internship Program. Email: karman@beckeng.ab.ca Trevor Freeman, Principal; Civil/Structural Engineer. Trevor brings over 10 years of engineering experience to the BEL team. He has extensive knowledge of rigging practices and the design of flare and vent stacks. Email: trevor@beckeng.ab.ca Michael Hayden, Principal; Civil/Structural Engineer. Mike came to BEL in 1998 with an extensive geotechnical background. He has extended his experience to include foundation and structural design in the Oil & Gas industry and his resume includes dynamic analysis of machine foundations and the lead of civil engineering groups on major oil facilities. Adam graduated from the Memorial University of Newfoundland with a Bachelor of Engineering degree. Email: adam@beckeng.ab.ca Dana Mailhiot, Manager of Business Services. Dana joined the BEL team in 1998. She is a graduate of the University of Calgary where she received a B.A. in Sociology. She offers multifaceted support to our engineering team. Brad is a graduate from the Schulich School of Engineering at the University of Calgary. Email: brad@beckeng.ab.ca Shane Newman, Principal; Civil/Structural Engineer. Shane brings over 10 years of engineering experience to the BEL team. He has a background of diverse projects in the Oil & Gas industry that includes design of structures, foundations, retaining walls, and heavy lift rigging studies.
